my 2026 DENIM trend guide — picks & how I would wear them

1. Low-Rise Jeans: A Y2K Twist I Still Love

I know low-rise jeans aren’t for everyone, but I still adore how they bring that early-2000s energy to an outfit. They’re especially fun with a crop top or a tucked in knit — and yes, they can feel super modern when paired with a tailored jacket and heels too.

2. Classic Straight-Legs Are My Everyday Go-To

When I want something reliable, chic, and effortless, I reach for classic straight-leg denim in a timeless blue wash. This style doesn’t shout for attention, but it goes with everything — sneakers, loafers, blazers — and I know it will stay relevant way beyond this season.

3. Denim Bermuda Shorts — Fresh and Unexpected

For warmer days, I love swapping regular shorts for denim bermudas. They’re cool, comfortable, and give outfits a fresh vibe — whether I pair them with boots, sneakers, or even heels.

4. Baggy / Harem-Style Jeans for Comfort Days

Some days I just want comfort, and that’s where loose, baggy denim comes in. I especially enjoy these with fun accessories like printed scarves or bracelets — they feel relaxed but still intentional.

5. Bootcut and Flare — My Favorite Statement Silhouettes

If I’m going out and want something with a little more personality, I reach for bootcut or flared jeans. They elongate the leg beautifully, and when styled with boots or sneakers, they give off that subtly boho festival aesthetic that’s still cool for everyday wear.
